In today's edition of the Kuwaiti Daily 'Al Qabas' the article talks about investors being reassured of Kuwait's Stock Exchange performance, especially due to it's weak performance so far this summer. OK, very good news for the investors in Kuwait, who haven't travelled overseas to escape the KUwaiti summer....so why does this picture have two guys with winter clothing??
